Study Group was the first private pathway provider to be accepted on to the Office for Students (OfS) Register of English higher education providers. We continue to meet the OfS requirements for course quality, academic standards, student support, student protection and, since 2019, International Study Centre students have been able to access the same range of benefits as students attending other UK public universities.

In 2021, Study Group Ireland Limited was established. Dublin International Study Centre is a provider of a programme leading to a QQI Award Level 5 - Further Education and Training. The International Foundation Year is now validated as a Level 5 Specific Purpose Certificate which enables international students to progress to University College Dublin.
